Claudette
Bobo (both are part of a local group, I’d bet on any of them)
Petite Boucherie (tiny and adorable, it’s a spinoff of Boucherie, which is larger and down the street) Agree!
Mr. Taka Ramen (not fancy, but really good)
Jack’s Wife Freda (a couple locations, kind of hipster, but brunch was good!)
Bamonte’s (the old school Italian place, just over the bridge in Brooklyn)
Raku Too (down the street from the Natural History Museum. In a basement but solid sushi and ramen. Good for lunch after the museum).
Ferrara’s (Pastry in Little Italy)
Il Corso (Pre-theatre spot. Simple Italian, but a great location for dinner before a show. Been twice and both times it was very solid).
Los Tacos No. 1 (Get the quesadilla “con todos”)
L’Arte del Gelato in Chelsea Market
All’antico Venaio (giant Italian sandwiches)
Il Posto Accanto (low key neighborhood type place)
On my list, but haven’t been:
Lord’s (had a res last time but timing didn’t work—if you guys don’t go, you and I may need to make a trip!)
Buvette (breakfast/lunch, no reservations)
From Lucie (a bakery that’s run by the daughter of the owners of a b&b I stayed at in France years ago)
Hawksmoor (apparently amazing desserts)
Other stuff:
Met roof garden —not sure if it’s seasonal exhibitions
Cafe Sabarsky in the Neue Gallery. Great for lunch after the Met
French Wink - boutique with a bunch of French foods, gifts, etc.

Hotels
We love the Lotte New York Palace. Getting a face lift so it may be unaffordable next time. The views are amazing
